Where we ship
Momento ships across India.
Courier partners
We dispatch every order through the courier best suited to your delivery area — most often BlueDart or Delhivery, and occasionally other reputable services depending on serviceability and speed to your PIN code.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Dispatch: orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days of a confirmed payment. Momentos are made-to-order custom designs and may take slightly longer.
- Delivery: once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier or regional conditions beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Where no charge is shown, shipping is included in the product price.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier and tracking details with you by email or phone so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery address
Please ensure your name, address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping due to a wrong address provided by the customer may incur additional charges.
Delays & damage in transit
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, regional restrictions, etc.). Damage that occurs during courier transit is not eligible for a refund — please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy — but do contact us and we will do our best to help.
