This Privacy Policy explains how Momentos Footy ("we", "us"), operated by Siddharth Mahajan, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and place an order.

Information we collect

Order & contact details you provide at checkout: name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
Order information: the items you buy and your order history.
Payment information: online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems, and we do not receive or store your full payment details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a payment reference. For Cash on Delivery orders we collect no payment details at all; we record only that the order is COD and, once delivered, that the cash was collected.
Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as device/browser type), used to keep the site working and secure.
Usage data collected by Google Analytics: the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, approximate location (city level, worked out from your IP address) and device type. This is reported to us in aggregate and is not linked to your name or your order.

How we use your information

To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
To communicate with you about your order, including confirmations, shipping updates and support.
To handle cancellations, refund claims and customer service.
To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
To measure how the store is used, so we can improve the pages and decide which momentos to make next.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the store:

With courier partners (such as BlueDart, Delhivery or similar) to deliver your order.
With Razorpay to process your payment.
With Google Analytics, which receives the usage data described above so we can measure traffic, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google processes it as our analytics provider.
With Cloudflare, which hosts this website, our order database and our product images. Your order details are stored on Cloudflare's servers.
With Resend, which sends our order confirmation and shipping emails. It receives your name, email address and order details for that purpose.
If you join our new-drops list, your email address is stored in our database (hosted by Cloudflare) and used only to tell you about new releases. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists between pages. We use a secure, essential cookie to keep the admin area signed in.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data. Fonts are served from our own website, so no request is made to Google Fonts.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (named _ga and similar) to count visitors and recognise returning ones. These are measurement cookies, not advertising ones. We do not run retargeting or ad networks, we do not build profiles on you, and we do not sell what Analytics collects.

You can opt out at any time by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you browsing or placing an order.

Data retention

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are handled over encrypted connections by Razorpay. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
